My Commitment

The commitment that I make to every one of my clients is to empower them with the knowledge to make an informed decision. I will provide the information on the market value of the house, whether it is to buy or sell, the history of neighborhood activity, and the competition. In a time of a struggling economy and the Internet, the public is sometimes misinformed about the reality of the market. It is my job to educate my clients and work through all of the information, so they can make the best decision for their unique situation.

Buyers

Before we get started looking at homes, I will sit down and explain the entire process so there are no surprises. Because the market changes so quickly it is imperative that my clients understand the process, whether they are first time, or recent home buyers.

Sellers

I will take a tour of the home and become familiar with any updates, benefits and issues with the home. Armed with this information, I will do a comprehensive market analysis, and present the research to my clients. I will explain my detailed marketing strategy and how I will cater it to each individual house to ensure optimum exposure.

I have been in the Indianapolis area for nine years. With a BA from the University of Toledo, and the experience of being an Operations Manager for a local financial institution, I pride myself on my ability to handle all situations professionally, to be a creative problem solver, and to think outside the box. I don’t wait for things to happen…I make them happen!

This is my full-time career. Real Estate is my love which is evident when I work with my clients. I have a comprehensive understanding of the real estate business, and I remain updated through continuous education. A home is one of the biggest investments most people make.
